Why Do Children Ask So Many Questions?

If you are around children on a regular basis then you know that they are asking “why” non stop at all times. For
those of you who are not used to being around the smaller generation and you find yourself being bombarded with: “Why do you have hair in your nose?” , “Why can’t have have candy before bed?”, “Why can’t I go to bed when I want to?”, “Why do stars fall from the sky?”, “Why do I have to go to school?”. Well let me tell you that it is not because they are purposely trying to drive you insane. They are like sponges, they are learning and what may seem stupid and not relative to you, they are actually very good questions to them and they really wan to know the answer.
This huge world around them is so confusing with so much going on, and it strikes their curiosity. This is also a good sign because it kind of shows you what is going on in there little curious minds and that they are wanting to learn everything that is going on around them. This is how they learn and grow. As for us adults, it is our responsibility to teach them and mold them into the adults that they will someday become. All in all, just remembering they are not trying to drive you nuts, they are only learning and growing.
So hopefully the next time a youngster asks you why you have hair in your nose, try not to laugh and hopefully you can come up with a good answer.
